EST to IST

The Eastern Standard Time (EST) is a time zone that is five hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-5). It is used in North America, including parts of the United States, Canada, and some Caribbean countries.

Indian Standard Time (IST) is the time zone used in India. It is five and a half hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+5:30). IST is used in the entire country of India and is the only time zone used in the country.
