Help us reproduce a wrong result
- Include the affected page address and the selected calendar date.
- For time conversion, name both cities or time zones and the time you entered. Indicate which occurrence you selected if a clock repeats an hour.
- For weather, holidays, sunrise or moonrise, include the location, displayed update time and the source you compared against.
- For an accessibility issue, describe the device, browser and the action that could not be completed.
Please leave out passwords, private calendar event titles and personal details that are not needed to reproduce the issue. We do not promise a particular response time.
Check assumptions first
Differences can come from standard versus seasonal time, a substituted holiday date, forecast sampling, or the horizon used for astronomical times. The sources and methodology page explains those assumptions and known limits.
